Refund Policy

1. Returns and Refunds for Skateboards and Clothing

We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for all our skateboards and clothing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Skateboards must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Clothing items must be unwashed and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or a receipt.

1.2 Non-eligible Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance items.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2.1 Returning Merchandise:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@clcp.nl or to request a Return label.
  • Carefully package the item, including all original packaging and tags, and cleary stick the return label on the outside of the package.
  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

2.2 Exchanging Merchandise:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@clcp.nl to request an exchange.
  • You may need to return the original item following the instructions provided in section 2.1, and upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your request.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
